How to Delete
From your My Shows dashboard, find the show and click Delete. You'll be asked to confirm — once a show is deleted, it can't be recovered.
What Deletion Removes
- The show, its routines, and its constraints
- All optimized order history
- Any reports tied to it
Refunds
Deletion does not trigger an automatic refund. If you bought a show and need to undo the purchase (e.g., wrong file uploaded), email support@showsort.com within a reasonable window and we'll sort it out.
When to Keep Instead of Delete
Most users never delete shows — they're cheap to leave around, and being able to look back at last year's program structure can be useful. Consider keeping unless you really want a clean dashboard.
