How Pricing Works
ShowSort charges based on the number of routines in your show:
- Single show: $2.49 per routine
- Multi-show: $4.99 per routine
Your purchase gives you unlimited optimization runs for that show — there's no per-run fee or time limit on optimization.
Adding More Later
If you need to grow your show after purchase, additions are billed at the same per-routine tier as the original show:
- Add a routine — $2.49 each (single show) or $4.99 each (multi-show)
- Add a performance — $0.99 each (single show) or $1.99 each (multi-show)
A "performance" addition means adding an existing performer to an existing routine — useful when someone joins a number after the show was created. Renaming and removing are always free.
These additions keep your show on the same plan — nothing about your original purchase is changed.
What's Included
Every show purchase includes:
- Unlimited optimization runs
- All constraint features (locks, links, groups, act restrictions, intermissions)
- All report types (program, performer schedules, check-in/out, roster)
- PDF, Excel, and web exports
Modifying a Show
After purchase, from the Show Structure link in the upper-left of your show page, you can:
- Add Routines / Performers — paid (see above)
- Remove Performers / Routines — free
- Rename Performers — free
- Rename Routines — free
