Who Are We?
ShowSort is built and run by DJ Roze LLC, a small company that makes software for dance studios. "ShowSort" is the product; DJ Roze LLC is the business behind it.
We're a small team — when you email or chat with support, you're talking to one of the people who actually builds the app.
Why Your Statement Says "DJ Roze LLC"
Because that's our legal business name. When you buy a show, the charge on your card statement will usually show up as DJ Roze LLC — not "ShowSort." It's the same charge, just our business name instead of the product name.
Card statements only have a small amount of space for the merchant name, and different banks format it different ways. You might see any of these for the same charge:

If you've recently bought a show on ShowSort and you see a charge from "DJ Roze LLC" in roughly the right amount, that's us.
Please Email or Chat Us Before Disputing
If something looks off — a charge you don't recognize, an amount that surprises you, or a duplicate — please reach out to us first before opening a dispute with your card company:

A quick message gets things sorted almost every time. We can:
- Confirm what the charge was for
- Send you a copy of the receipt
- Refund a mistake on the spot
Card disputes, on the other hand, take weeks, freeze the funds on our end, and add fees for both of us — and they're almost never necessary. We'd much rather just fix things for you directly.
Finding Your Receipt
After any purchase, you'll get an email receipt from our payment processor (Stripe). If you can't find it, email us your account address and we'll resend it.
