Adding Your Event Logo
The event logo appears at the top of your printed reports — program schedule, performer schedules, check-in sheets, and everything else PDF or printable.
To set it: open the Settings link in the upper-left of your show page, then find Event Logo and upload an image. PNG, JPG, and SVG all work. The image is automatically resized to fit; very large files are downsampled for performance.
Studio Logo vs. Event Logo
These are two different things:
- Studio Logo — set in your account profile, applies to all your shows by default
- Event Logo — set on a per-show basis, overrides the studio logo for that show
If you have a specific show with its own branding (a guest-choreographed showcase, a competition, etc.), the event logo is for that. Otherwise just let the studio logo do the work across all your reports.
Multi-Show Logos
In multi-show productions, each individual performance can also have its own image — set in Settings → Show Structure for each performance. That image shows up in reports specific to that performance.
