Check-In & Check-Out Reports

Stage door rosters for tracking arrivals and dismissals.

Check-In Report

The check-in sheet is your stage manager's best friend. It lists every performer organized by their arrival timing β€” performers who appear early in the show at the top, late-show performers at the bottom β€” with a checkbox next to each name.

Check-Out Report

Check-out is the mirror image: performers organized by when they're finished for the day, so your team can dismiss them in waves without anyone getting forgotten in a dressing room.

Available Formats

Both reports come in web, PDF, and Excel formats. The PDF is the most common choice β€” print it out, hand it to whoever's at the stage door, done.

Output Controls You Can Turn On or Off

From the report sidebar, you can adjust:

  • Routine Notes on/off
  • Number Intermissions on/off
  • Event Logo on/off (when an event logo is uploaded)
  • Studio Logo on/off
  • PDF style controls (paper and style options)

Multi-Show

In multi-show productions, each performance gets its own check-in and check-out sheet, since arrival timing depends on which routines a performer is in for that specific show.
