What It Is
The Program Schedule is the audience-facing list: every routine in performance order, numbered, with intermissions marked. This is what you give to your program printer (and what your audience uses to follow along during the show).
What's Included
- Routine number and name
- Intermissions clearly marked between acts
- Optional: routine notes, choreographer, music credits (if your data has them)
- Event logo at the top
Available Formats
- Web view β open in browser, print via Cmd/Ctrl+P
- PDF β formatted and ready for print
- Excel β for if you want to edit further
Output Controls You Can Turn On or Off
On the report sidebar, you can control exactly what appears in your export.
- Routine Notes on/off
- List Students on/off
- Student list style: On Separate Lines or Comma-Separated
- Number Intermissions on/off
- Event Logo on/off (when an event logo is uploaded)
- Studio Logo on/off
- Split by Routine for PDF output
- PDF style controls (paper and style options)
Multi-Show
In multi-show mode, you can download a program schedule per performance, or a combined Multi-Show Program Schedule that lays out all performances in sequence.
For combined multi-show program exports, you can also choose Split by Show to paginate each performance separately in PDF output.
Tips
- Run a draft print before freezing β it's much easier to catch a misspelled routine name on paper than on a screen
- The order in the PDF is whatever's currently on your configured side β save the optimized result first to be sure it doesn't change between draft and final
