The Roster is the master cast list: every performer, alphabetical, with every routine they're scheduled in.
When to Use It
- Backstage reference — a single sheet for the stage manager that answers "who's in routine 14?"
- Costume planning — see at a glance how many costume changes each performer has
- Final QA — scan the roster before freezing to catch missing or duplicated performers
- Records — keep a copy with the show files for next year
