What It Is
A personal schedule for each performer in the show, listing exactly which routines they're in and in what order. Every performer gets their own page (or sheet).
Why You Want This
Performers (and parents) live in dread of "wait, what number am I on?" right before going on. Individual schedules eliminate that — they have their list, they know what's coming, you have a quieter dressing room.
ZIP Split
The ZIP Split download is especially useful: instead of one giant PDF, you get a ZIP file containing one PDF per performer. You can then email each performer their own personal schedule — no risk of one performer seeing another's contact details, and no manual splitting.
In multi-show mode, each performer's ZIP/PDF schedule can combine all of that performer's transitions across shows into one personal packet.
