Available Reports
Once you've optimized your show, you can generate a variety of reports from the Reports menu. All reports are available in three formats:
- Web view β view in your browser, printable via your browser's print function
- PDF β download a formatted PDF ready to print or share
- Excel β download a spreadsheet for further editing
Report Controls (Per Report Sidebar)
Most reports also include sidebar controls so you can fine-tune output before downloading.
Common controls include:
- Including or hiding routine notes
- Showing performer lists as separate lines or comma-separated (where supported)
- Turning intermission numbering on/off
- Toggling event logo and studio logo
- Choosing output split options like Split by Routine or Split by Show (report dependent)
- Adjusting PDF style controls
Program Schedule
The order of routines as they'll appear in your show β what you'd put in a printed program. Lists routines in order with numbering and any relevant details.
Performer Schedules
Individual schedules for each performer. Each performer gets a page (or entry) showing exactly which routines they're in and in what order.
You can download these as a ZIP file of individual PDFs (one per performer), making it easy to email each dancer their personal schedule.
Check-In Report
A roster for use at the stage door or dressing room check-in. Lists performers and their routines so you can check off arrivals as they come in.
Check-Out Report
Similar to check-in, but organized for tracking dismissals after the show.
Roster Report
A complete listing of all performers and which routines they're in.
Multi-Show Reports
For multi-show productions, additional reports are available:
- Appearance Matrix β a grid showing which performers are in which shows (great for identifying who's overcommitted)
- Multi-Show Performer Schedules β combined schedules across all performances
- Multi-Show Program Schedule β the full program across all shows
